Its extension covers (83,075 sq. ft.) 7,178 m2 and is located betwen Pintor Manuel Maldonado street and Torre de la Justicia.

It is surrounded by wooden fences and hedges, lime trees and maple trees. It has eight entrance ways. It has three straight paths, the central one being limited by poplars. It has several ramifications which guide us to different plantation squares. Some of the plants are identified with stone marks which highlight the parfum specimens.

The boulevard runs paralel to the park and the Carretera de la Zubia and has an extension of 54,390 sq ft. (5,053 m2.) There are several stop areas and land and stone paths limited by different types of trees like olive, orange and Jupiter trees. One of the most notable speciments is the poplar area located at the beginning of the boulevard with two kinds of poplars.
