It is the first building constructed to host a Justice Court. Its building works began in 1531. Its front is one of the most important exteriors in Granada, it is related to the Italian Manierists works. Although the foundation of a Real Chancillería (Royal Chancillery) was an idea of the Catholic Monarchs, Charles V will be the one to rise this building on this place.
